About Private Test Mesh Error

I retrieved a mesh, but often get an “Error retrieving your meshes” message and can’t see it when I need it.
“My Meshes” can be opened once, but after a few seconds, “Error retrieving your meshes” appears and “My Meshes” cannot be seen.
How can I fix the “Error retrieving your meshes”?

We were able to reproduce the error message you saw and are currently investigating the cause. In the meantime, could you please provide us with the mesh ID of your scan so we can verify it’s available on the server side?
