Camera image tilted 90 degrees in URP

Bug reproduction steps:
In every example i try the camera image is rotated by 90 degrees and creates weird looking views.
This occurs in all example scenes without any changes made to them. I’m setting the game view to a mobile portrait view.

We’ve managed to reproduce this issue though it’s an intermittent issue, we consider it a bug. Thank you for the bug report.

If this helps you guys out any further i’ve managed to circumvent the issue for now by setting the input system from legacy to both.

Having the same problem using 2020.3.33 even with using both input systems.

I found the fix over here @Marshall : Camera image is squeezed in editor - #4 by Umaiya_Doddamani1

Turns out it had nothing to do with input manager, just that when i changed it it worked once (not sure why).
