Tried to activate VPS eligible waypoints but didn’t activate, also give error.
Any update for a fix?

This error is due to rate limits that Niantic has imposed on activations. I don’t have any information regarding whether or not these limits will be lifted in the future, but when you get this error, our best recommendation is to try activating again at another time.
If you urgently need a wayspot activated for a project you’re working on, if you could please describe your use case to us, we can look into getting it activated for you.
So can we get any updates on this or its just we have to wait
There’s no longer even an error. Or an email. You can request activation and it’ll momentarily look like it was requested. But if you go out of the wayspot and back in, you see that it was not requested.
Niantic says there’s a daily global limit. It seems small.
