EventSystem usage in Samples uses legacy Unity Input System

Per the imbedded screenshot, the samples currently use the StandaloneInputModule which requires Unity’s legacy input system. These could be updated to InputSystemUIInputModule in order to support the new input system to demonstrate best practice for building experiences.
