Help! I can't verify my new Lightship account!

Firstly, we’d like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to create a new Lightship account. Follow along below so we can get you developing using our augmented reality kit.

Issue 1: I didn’t receive a verification email!

Double check that the email isn’t hiding in your Spam or Junk folder. If you still don’t see a verification email a couple minutes after registering your account, head to the Sign In page, hit the Forgot Password link, type in the email address associated with your Lightship account, and hit Submit. This should trigger the system to send you a new verification email.

Issue 2: The verification link isn’t working!

Double check that the email wasn’t received more than 30 minutes ago. If so, proceed with the instructions in Issue 1 to trigger a new verification email.

Try clicking the link within an incognito (or private) window. Some browsers, such as Google Chrome, give you the option to open a link in a new private or incognito window by right-clicking the link and selecting the relevant option. For other browsers that don’t present the option, you will have to open a new private browsing or incognito window and paste the link into the address bar.
