so the code only confirms whether you are localised or not, is it possible to know which places I am localised with? Like a UID?

The only thing I can see that is similar to what you ask in the documentation is continuous localization. To my knowledge, this is as close as we get to storing localization information, and we do not have a way to generate a UID for that currently. I am sharing a link to the docs that we have.
