Scaniverse fails to begin upload on iPad Pro

Scanning works great but uploading fails to initialize every time. I can export models from Scaniverse but when I attempt to upload to the Geospatial Browser it fails to initialize the upload.

I have an iPhone 14 with OS 17.5. Using the same Wifi, I can upload fine but without LiDar my scans are so much worse. I tested the Wifi on the iPad and the speeds look good. I’ve tried restarting the iPad but still get the same error message “Upload Failed Try Again”. No real information just an endless try again. Both devices have access to location data and I’ve tried both Upload Now and Upload Later on the iPad with no luck. Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

From the other support request you submitted, I’m seeing that you’re using ARDK. Can you confirm that you’ve followed the Scaniverse for Lightship guide: https://lightship.dev/docs/ardk/how-to/vps/tooling/lightship_scaniverse/

A few more questions:

Is this your first test scan attempt, or have you made more already?
Is the same Lightship account signed in on both devices?
