I scanned a spot I want to use on the VPS and uploaded it as a Test Scan from the Wayfarer app, but the process is not finished after 5 hours.

I have uploaded several more test scans since then, all of which completed processing within an hour. Only the test scan in question remains “in process”. I am concerned that the internal process may have been canceled.
Is this normal? Or, if it is not normal, from whom should I contact for a solution?

We looked into your Test scan, but it appears that the file is corrupt. This can happen on rare occurrence, and we are unfortunately unable to recover or otherwise process this file. I apologize for the inconvenience, but could please take a new scan and submit it again? Please reach out to us again if you are experiencing processing issues with this new scan as well.
