Do I need to reach level 10 in INGRESS? to use the wayfarer app for creating visual markers in App

I want to scan and build my own waypoints for testing my app’s visual location system.
Do I need to reach level 10 in INGRESS? Isn’t there another way to let developers test VPSs with Wayfarer?

(I’m at level 7 in Ingress and need to focus on my thesis; I don’t have time to play/walk)?

You can access the Niantic Wayfarer app using your Lightship.dev login credentials. You can find the instructions to access the app here. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I was not able too as it is not ready for android.
I hope equal support is given to both platforms.

that will be amazing - I’m lucky I can borrow an IOS device, but for convenience using android will be great! Such great work your all doing! <3
