Include the following details (edit as applicable):

  • Issue category: ARDK Documentation
  • *Device type & OS version iOS / Other Ex. iPhone 8+ on iOS 13
    Description of the issue:

Hey guys, documentation states the following: 1. In the Project window under Assets, find the Localization UX directory. From there, navigate to Resources > Maps > SDK > MapsAuthConfig > LightshipApiKey and enter your API key again.

I can’t seem to find the Localiziation UX directory anywhere, I’ve got the MAP SDK installed.

Thanks,

Hello Michael,

The LocalizationUX folder is found in your Projects tab beneath your Hierarchy once you clone Emoji Garden from the github repo. Were you able to properly add Emoji Garden to your project first? The Location AR UX that comes with Emoji Garden uses the Maps SDK and Coverage API, so you do not need to install Maps separately.

To add Emoji Garden to your project:

  1. Go to the public GitHub repo.
  2. Click the green Code button in the top-right and Download ZIP.
  3. Find the zip file in your downloads and unzip it.
  4. Go to Unity Hub and select ‘Add project from disk.’ Find your unzipped Emoji Garden project and double-click it.
  5. The LocationUX folder should now be visible in your Project tab.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you’re still having trouble.

I did all this and it gets stuck on the loading screen?

Any advise?
