VPS activation receives error on Lightship Website

Description of the issue:

While attempting to activate a waypoint that has excellent scan data, a generic error populates at the top of the waypoint view window. Whereas via the NianticWaypoint app, it seems to follow through.

If the error reads “Error: Unable to request a Vps Activation,” then this is due to rate limits that Niantic has implemented for activations that their system processes. You will see this error once that limit has been reached, and our best recommendation when this happens is to try activating again at a different time.
