How to scan private Wayspot for unity

I am using Niantic Wayfarer app for creating private wayspots but it is getting failed and how to use in unity I want to creating unity app using VPS for private location.
Kindly help me to create private wayspots and unity app.

please share any tutorial and step by step guideline.
