Processing Stuck

Description of the issue: Hello,
I’ve been trying to get some private VPS scans processed and they’ve been in “Processing” state for two days now -
is this just how long it takes or is something wrong?
manual suggests they should be processed in four hours or so I think.

You are correct in that we usually get Private scans processed within 4 hours, but there are times when that has been delayed. Could you please provide us with the email address associated with your Wayfarer account and links to your scans so that we may look into them further? Please feel free to direct message / email this information to us so as to keep it off the public forums if you’d like.
