Why are my test scans not activated?

I uploaded 4 scans and only the two were activated. Why are the other two rejected? They are only test scans.

The reason I’m asking is because most of the time these scans are taken far away from home/office and it is really tough to arrange visits to the place every so often (not to mention that the place is also crowded because of tourists and scanning is difficult).

We looked into your 2 scans that are stuck in processing, but they appear to be corrupt. This unfortunately means they are unrecoverable, so you would need to rescan and submit again. The team is investigating potential solutions to prevent this from happening again in the future, but I apologize for the inconvenience.

Does this mean I did something wrong while scanning or it was the app’s fault? The reason I’m asking is to make sure I am scanning the proper way.

You did nothing wrong; this issue is on our end and is not related to how you’re scanning. As long as you’re following our recommended scanning technique and getting good results, you do not need to change anything.
