Did a lot of I think quality scans in ingress

But the lightship app doesn’t show any of them in the app, I would say they are quality scans and should count towards activation. What should I do?

Speaking of activation, the activate button does nothing in the app, on website it shows error

For activation I would like everything near it. I press the activation button, click on another wayspot and the activation button returns? Meaning the first press did nothing?
